Frequently asked questions

Count 5 minutes if you have the HACCP certificate, or if you have 3 years of previous experience in a kitchen. otherwise, it will depend on how fast you fo the online certificate. Our cooks usually worked 15 hours online to get there certification.
As a Partner Cook, you decide the price at which you sell your products. On this price, Tastneat will take a commission. And because you deliver the meals to your clients, each meal delivered grants you 2EUR free of any charges.
The Cook. It will allow you to see your clients face to face, ensure them of the quality of your meals, and if necessary know if you forgot to add an Item. Also, having a close contact with your customers will help you build a trust history, and they may order again from you.
Depending on the cities the radius is not fixed, but we fixed it to a limit of 4 km max, which means each delivery can be done within 10 minutes by car
As a Cook Partner, we fully trust you to choose the best fitted tools to your activity (cattering and delivery), this is why we do not provide any tool.
We agree it would be more easy for you to start without any qualification, although the HACCP will guarantee you clients and us that you perfectly know the rules and best practices of the cattering industry. Through this certification you will show your customers you master the cold chain principles, tools handling through a variety of ingredients, hazard risks linked to cross-contamination effects and so on.
As of today we cannot offer any guarantee or cover our cooks. So it is your sole responsibility to purchase an insurance. To do so, we recommend our Cooks to become self-employed, and having a microbusiness offers the possibility to purchase an insurance covering food hazards.
By default you will receive your orders one day In advance. Some of our Cooks, when they have the capacity to do so, prefere to receive the orders on the same day. If you are interested by this possibility, please contact via our chat section.
